February 4th: Beenaunmore and Cappagh Glen.
What a superb day! We could have gone in t-shirts and shorts it
was so mild. Mind you we were in the valley for a lot of the time.
As is usual, those who had not been in Cappagh Glen before were
bowled over by it. We went up to the head of Cappagh Glen, then
onto Beenaunmore and back by Lough Nabroda Valley.
