Sept. 17th: Coomasaharan Ridge :
Having sojourned in foreign lands and ventured among different tribes
around the
country during the summer, three Fianna managed to gather in Glenbeigh
to tackle Cum
na Satharn. Those three were Oisin, Oscar (former members of the
gang of four) and
Diarmuid na bhFear Fionn (regional Rep). Though not having done
any great deeds during
the summer, the pace was ferocious as the double O's set their normal
pace.
Peaks were taken at a run and a poor tribe from the rebel county
were left trembling in
their wake. We partook of a fine meal in Glenbeigh, though made
a hasty retreat as it
was full of inebriated savage Ciarraiochs who were unable to hold
their liquor, after
slaughtering some poor tribesmen from the West. New members are
always welcome into
the tribe and they only have to pass some of the initiation tests.
The double O's
will be fettered in future to prevent speed climbing.
